Original Rhodesian Bush War Era Leather Police Officer Helmet

Original Item. Only One Available. This is a very interesting Rhodesian police helmet from the Bush Wars era. The helmet is of leather and has POLICE painted in blue on the front. The helmet appears to have been utilized by three different officers, with the names BRAND and FERGUSON crossed out with WAUGH being the most recent wearer.
The liner is mostly retained with the chinstrap, originally being a four strap system, has broken off from three of the straps. This could be repaired.
The helmet is in fair condition overall with some damage, but is still a scarce piece of Rhodesian history. Ready for further research and display.
