Original Item. Only One Available. This is a very interesting WWII era shooting award likely awarded during a marksmanship competition. The piece is made from brass and sits atop a marble base. It measures 6 x 5 ¼ x 3, and the marble base measures 3 x 5 x ¾”.
The award depicts a large brass shooting target with values from 1-12 with 12 being the center. There are crossed rifles below this which appear to be Gewehr 98 rifles, and there are sheet brass slings attached to both, but both slings are disconnected at one end, so they could use some glue.
A great display piece, ready for further research and display.
