Item Description
Original Item: Only One Available. This style knife is identified (incorrectly) in the book Knives of the United States Military in Vietnam: 1961-1975 on page 134 as a DELTA Knife. However, many believe this is an incorrect identification and that thi knife is actually a World War Two era produced Hercules Forge Company Hunting Knife. A copy of the original circular from Hercules shows a drawing of this type of knife with the following information:

This very interesting knife is completely unmarked, but the shape of the molded plastic grip is definitely of the Anderson fighting knife style. This was then set into a black injection molded handle, which has white pearloid inclusions.
It comes with a great leather sheath, which is relatively standard, and is marked S P at the top of the belt loop.
