Original Item: The Vickers muzzle attachment casing serves as a housing for the muzzle booster assembly. It has a bayonet-type mount at the rear for attachment to the muzzle gland and is threaded at the front for the muzzle cone. Close inspection shows that the ports around the casing are carefully machined to direct the flow of the muzzle blast gasses. These are unissued and include the fixing split pin and chain. Some are in the original manufacturer?s packaging.
