Original Item: .30cal 50 Dummy rounds in disintegrating belt. Steel-cased M2 dummy cartridges head stamped FA 4 (Frankford Arsenal 1944). This is the second version of the M2 dummy cartridge and was the standard for the last two years of WW2. The steel case is drilled for identification, and has a blind primer pocket. The ?bullets? are hollow. These consist of a mix of 4 ball and 1 armor-piercing tracer (APT). The APT bullet tip is painted red with a black band. A great and safe (no live rounds) addition to any US WW2 Display. --
