Original Item: Military Range Safety Officers had distinctively colored orange helmets, as did officers that presided over U.S. GI military training war game exercises, these are the standard M1 WW2 type steel US GI Helmets painted gloss orange. Each helmet arrives complete with gray or olive drab plastic helmet liner with WW2 style central adjustment cord. Dating probably from the 1960s or 1970s these are in great used clean condition and each one comes complete with its chinstrap ready to wear.
