New Made Item: This is a very high quality genuine leather scabbard for WWII era Thompson Sub Machine Guns including the M1928, M1 and M1A1 for use with motorcycles such as the Harley-Davidson WLA, jeeps and many other military vehicles.
From the style of the 1870's Winchester saddle carbine scabbards, these were used in WWII to protect the weapons and to have them ready and at hand for immediate use. These make a great display item and come complete with strap and brass buckle along with steel hardware. We even replicated the correct internal steel muzzle cup for the nose of the scabbard.
Constructed of thick sturdy top-grain leather with heavy white stitching, just like the originals!
Measures: 25.5" long and 9" wide at the widest part.
