  • Original Item: Only One Available. 20" wide, 14' high and 16" deep in it's collapsed configuration these are exactly what the U.S. troops brought ashore on D-Day in 1944. Complete with four drawers, no locks or pulls, and a file compartment, this is a stark reminder that even under front line battle conditions the red tape of bureaucracy still controlled everything.


    Large black U.S. on front and maker's metal tag still present although difficult to read, complete with both leather carry handles to the sides. Look hard enough and maybe you'll find some sand from the beach at Normandy, (we wish!).
