  • Original Item: One Only. ROBERT DOAK LILLEY YACUBIAN of 320 Wyoming Avenue, Maplewood, New Jersey, volunteered for the British RFC/RAF during WW1. On offer are his original Officer's Side Cap with correct original RFC badge together with his silver hallmarked I.D. bracelet showing: "Royal Flying Corp, Robert Yacubian, New York City" on the one side and "320 Wyoming Ave, Maplewood, N.J." on the other. Also included are his Original Triplex Safety Aero-Motor Goggles contained in their original marked imitation leather case. Additionally included is a glazed, framed photograph showing this Officer in uniform nicely marked: "Robert Doak Lilley Yacubian, World War One, circa 1918". Finally, also included are copies of his Service Record to discharge on June 1st, 1919. This is an extremely interesting set of WW1 Aviation Memorabilia from a US Volunteer who rose to the occasion when Great Britain was in dire need. This set is totally documented and original.
