Original Item: Original WW2 uniforms and insignia have become very hard to find, especially in new condition. IMA has obtained a small quantity of NCO chevrons as follows. Company First Sergeant: This insignia derives from the master sergeant insignia. The Company First Sergeant is the senior noncommissioned officer of a company-sized unit of the Army. It consists of three chevrons above and three ?rockers? below, with a diamond symbol in the space between the chevrons and rockers. The chevrons, rockers, and diamond are embroidered in olive drab silk, and the background is black felt reinforced with a mesh stiffening material on the reverse side.
