Original Item: Originally issued for the M1911 and M1911A1 Cal .45 Pistol, these rods were in fact used with all service pistols and revolvers. The rod has a slot for a cleaning patch and is threaded for 8-32 brushes, the standard threading for U.S. military small arms brushes. The rod has a circular loop formed in one end as a handle. These are the correct rods for any collection of WW2 or later U.S. equipment. Un-Issued Condition.
