Original Item: USSR Pilot issue Pattern 1938 Flying Goggles of the WWII era. Curved safety GLASS lenses in ventilated steel surrounds set into felt backed rubber frames bearing various Cyrillic markings. Fitted with elastic head strap, each pair comes in its own unmarked cardboard issue box. Apparently still in use with jet pilots in the 1950's and 60's, these antiquated goggles look like what Amelia Earhart might have worn. Set of Three (3).
