Original Yugoslavian Cold War Inert M52-R Fragmentation Grenade with Fuze and Markings

Original Item. Only One Available. The Yugoslavian M52-R (M52-P) is a High-Explosive-Fragmentation (HE-Frag), hand-grenade. The inside of the hand-grenade is serrated for fragmentation. The M52 series represents the modernisation of the WW2 era technology utilising cast-iron had-grenade body construction. They all have identical body designs, with a grooved internal HE-Frag surface. The fuze thread is reversed so that when the safety-cap is unscrewed in the normal manner, the fuze is further tightened to the body.
This is a good example of the scarce M52-R grenade. It is rather heavy and still retains the original green paint with markings painted on: POБ, M52П1, P CPБ 7006.
The fuze cover still unscrews and has several markings stamped on the side which have been X’d out. The fuze itself does unscrew, but counter-clockwise. There is some heavy residue underneath, though.
