Original Item: Only One Available. Here we have a very nice WWII Imperial Japanese Navy ship's clock in rough non-functional condition. Made by SEIKOSHA of Tokyo, the clock measures 9" across overall, and is contained in an alloy wall casing with a hinged glass door. It has a 6" dial in a cream color with black numerals, including a smaller second hand directly under the 12 o'clock position. The paint is heavily chipping with small bits coming off often it seems. The key is gone, but it shouldn’t be too hard to find one that would fit.
These are quite unusual to find, as they often went down with the ship, or were removed later and used as normal wall clocks. This example does not currently work, and we don’t know if it could be made to run again due to the damage, but it still makes for a fascinating display. Ready to restore or display!
