Original WWII German Air Crew Goggle
Item Description
Original Item: These are WWII German issue flying & driving goggles with rubber eyepiece surrounds, joined in the center with a flexible steel adjustment slide. (See "Uniforms of the German Army 1933-1945" by Angolia, page 159 for similar pair.)
Slightly tinted composition lenses, to avert glare, marked "Inflammable" which indicates these were manufactured in Occupied France or Belgium. Adjustable elastic head strap. Comes complete in correct German issue hinge top storage tin.
