Original Item: Only One Available. This is a very nice Original British World War Two Small Union Jack Flag, measuring approximately 18" X 37". The flag header is unmarked, but this flag seems to have seen long service, so it was probably washed several times, which probably removed the markings.
The flag does show wear, and has a few scattered holes as shown. These could be from moth or wear due to age. It is constructed of what we believe is wool, though it is a very coarse weave. This material went out of favor quickly after WWII as superior synthetics were available. The halyard is still present, with a loop at the top and about 8" at the bottom, currently tied in a knot.
Overall a nice flag from WWII offered in very good condition.
