Original WWI U.S. Army Model 1910 Garrison Belt by Mills With Pouches and Bayonet Hanger

Original Item: Only One Available. WWI U.S. Army Model 1910 Garrison Belt with Matching Cartridge Pouches (matching right down to the date!). One of the most attractive, and sought after, pieces of early U.S. web gear! This belt is in extraordinary mint, unissued condition. The both pouches, and the bayonet hanger are marked with the the same markings, but we cannot tell if this is a unit mark or manufacturer information. It appears as 1 I 91.
Canvas is in excellent slightly used condition, considering the age of the belt. There are no signs of dry rot and the khaki color is nice and rich, showing little signs of fading. All brass pieces have some of the original blacking, with the “U.S.” still retaining the original gilding.
All snaps are fully functional.
One of the finer specimens we have ever had the pleasure of offering. This would be near impossible to upgrade!
