Original Item: Only One Available. This is an ultra rare, fully functional, West German manufactured camera watch with first generation LCD display made by SIPE. It dates from approximately 1969 and is offered in near mint condition! It winds, cocks and the shutter fires, all functions are smooth. The watch is constructed of high quality materials, it is constructed of stainless steel and features a STEINHEIL 12.5mm lens. It is marked on the reverse:

It comes complete in the original plastic snap close case and with one unused unopened film disc still in its original packaging with paper information label. The disc allows for seven photos that are operated by a small push button. Additionally an original set of use and care instructions are included in both German and English with illustrations and photos. The SIPE Digital Special Wrist Watch Camera was among the finest covert intelligence tools available to agents of the Western Allies during the peak of the cold war in the late 1960s and 1970s.
