- Original Item: Only One Available. This is an New Old Stock never issued 1962 dated Vietnam War era U.S. Army Nurse in uniform life size cardboard poster display. The sign can fold out and stand up on its own. Thankfully, the base stand has never been unfolded and stood up, preserving it in excellent condition. It measures 68 inches tall and 16 inches wide at the widest point. The bottom is marked GPO: 1962-O-628836. This stand for U.S. Government Printing Office along with the date is was designed and its numerical designation. These displays were used at recruiting offices around the country. Finding a U.S. Army nurse corps recruiting display from the early Vietnam War era is possibly a one-of-a-kind discovery as these were manufactured to be used for short periods of time and discarded. Will certainly add eye appeal to any military display!
