  • Original Item: Only One Available. This is a lovely original Zulu war era Knobkerrie carried by Zulu warriors in the 1870s. Clearly a British soldier's "bring back" this came from a house sale in rural England in 2013.

Overall length measures 30 inches and has a 3 inch diameter ball to top, it has some decorative embossed carving to the shaft that indicates both battle and ceremonial use. Exactly the weapon carried by the legendary Zulu warriors together with a stabbing speas that slaughtered the British

24th of Foot at the Battle of Isandlwana in 1879 and the siege at Rorke's Drift the following day. Remember the best war film ever made "ZULU" with Michael Caine?
