21 inches in overall length it is very easy to imagine the terrible wounds such a horrific weapon could inflict. Clearly showing age with various almost hardened wood cracks to the shaft but still totally solid and menacing. No doubt brought back by a British red coated Soldier after the Zule war or other native wars waged by the colonial British Victorian military establishment.
