Original U.S. WWII US Navy Marked Harrington & Richardson Police Handcuffs with Key

Original Item. Only One Available. This is a great pair of WWII U.S. Navy Harrington and Richardson Military Grade Nickel Plated Handcuffs. This set is stamped with the approval anchor marking for the US Navy for the Shore Patrol, Coast Guard, Marines aboard US Navy ships during World War II. These are the 2nd model which as an added security measure were manufactured with a milled groove on the side of the handcuff's bows. This was designed to prevent "spreading" the cuffs apart.
The handcuffs are both stamped:

And one of them are stamped MADE IN U.S.A. with the U.S. Navy proofing mark on one of the locking bars. The set includes the unlocking key which is inserted into the end holes of each cuff, the “hidden” hole only appearing with the hand swivel at a certain angle. The set still works very well and is in great overall condition.
This is the first set of WWII U.S. Navy handcuffs we have offered, making them a very rare piece to find. They come ready for further research and display in any Navy collection.
