  • Original Item: Only One Available. This is an excellent example of a grip marked and rare variant of a fighting knife, by the Kennedy Brothers Arms Company of St Paul, Minnesota.

The overall condition of the knife is quite nice and does show little signs of service use without abuse. The 7 ⅝” blade bears no markings whatsoever and has retained all of the original darkened finish. The blade is double edged without any fullers/grooves. The edge shows no defects or signs of sharpening. The handle features a leather washer at the top above wooden grip scales, which are held tight to the tang by pins close to the top and bottom. Both sides are correctly marked:

    KENNEDY
    ARMS
    ST.PAUL.

The included leather scabbard does appear to be original to the knife and is also offered in wonderful condition. The leather construction is still supple without any major defects.
It measures approximately 14 inches in length with belt loop, and has the correct Kennedy Brothers round marking: KENNEDY BROS ARMS CO ST. PAUL

A fantastic example that comes more than ready for further research and display.
