The poster shows Uncle Sam holding the “Bulletin No.12”, which talks about the increase of the efficiency of the railroads. The poster is made by Ernest Hamlin Baker. He worked as a freelance commercial artist, designing stamps and World War I propaganda posters, illustrating brochures, and creating designs for industrial clients.
