This is a great lot of WWII personal effects & rations commonly found in the kit of an American G.I. This lot has some great items that will definitely help spruce up your WWII G.I. display.
The lot includes:
- A sealed bottle of Budweiser Beer, with an 8 42 mark on the bottom which denotes a manufacture date of August 1942. The bottle is still sealed with the cap, but considering it is 83 years old, it would no longer have any alcohol content. Still a fantastic vintage piece for your collection.
- Sealed can of Cream corn, Merit brand, not military.
- Empty can of American Milko, powdered milk. Still has lid.
- Sealed can of Celery Salt. McCormick & company.
- Empty carton of Chesterfield Cigarettes, heavy wear and tearing.
- Empty carton of Country Gentleman smoking tobacco. Fair condition.
- Chesterfield Advertisement from 1944, starring Ernie Pyle. Great piece.
A fantastic lot, ready for further research and display.
