Original Item: One-of-a-kind. This is a civilian made "Sport-dee" M41 style white cotton jacket which came to us third party from the family of a World War Two Army nurse veteran who hailed from Kentucky. It has over 40 original patches stitched to it as well original pins and insignia. There are also 14 unattached patches which were stuffed into the pocket.
