  • Original Item: One-of-a-kind. This is an original U.S. Commander visor cap in naval blue. Its a high quality manufactured cap featuring wicker frame construction, wool topped leather visor with bullion oak leaf embroidery (scrambled eggs) and a silver bullion American eagle over gold bullion anchor cap badge with a gold chinstrap. The sweatband is supple leather and the crown bears a name label for Burt H. Ewart of Akron, Ohio. The cap is in excellent condition with no staining, no damage nor holes. A wonderful named cap from a known USN Commander who served during WWII. Approximate size is US 7 1/4.
