Original Item: One-of-a-kind. This is a fantastic memory book photo album or "Logalbum" named to United State Marine Corps Private First Class Charles Dabney who was aboard the U.S.S. Northampton on November 10th, 1940 when he was appointed to PFC. His original "Ship's Appointment" certificate is included.
This wonderful book features a suede cover with wonderful full color painted Marine bull dog and EGA. Entries begin in Australia in 1941. More than 25 pages filled with dozens of wonderful wartime photos, all with corner holders. Photos include personal at leave and pre-war, USMC training, Pacific Islands, USN Ships, Topless islanders, Australia station, Hawaii, and so much more.
