Sergeant First Class Clinton McDaniel ASN 35750929 was a member of Battery A 584th AAA Gun Battalion and fought in the European Theater of Operations (ETO) during World War Two. This bring back set was acquired directly from his family and includes the following pieces:


    - Original WWII German National Party Flag that measures approximately 30 inches by 22 inches and is constructed of cotton with a sewn on white circular swas. The flag is marked in pen ink To- Mom From- Clinton (Germany) May - 9 - 45.


    - Original WWII German NSDAP Arm Band marked in pen ink May - 7 - 45 To Mom + Dad From Clinton.


    - Original WWII German HJ small cotton pennant (multi-piece construction). 


    - Original WWII German 25 year faithful service medal with ribbon.


    - Original WWI Saxon Albert Order 1st Class Knight's Cross with Swords


    - 5 x Original German WWII Mark paper notes.


    - Original French WWII Franc paper note.


    - 1945 Dated U.S. Army Allotment of Pay Certificate which names McDaniel and the 584th AAA. 


    - 1950 Dated Fort Hollabird HQ orders naming McDaniel.


    Overall a wonderful little slice of WWII history, some captured war trophies a son sent home from Europe to his worried parents.
