Original U.S. WWII Named 4th Marine Regiment China Marines Medal and Souvenir Grouping

Original Items: One-of-a-kind set. Captain Gordon Smith Murphy aka "Spud" Marine Corps serial number 240315 served as a China Marine before World War Two then fought in four campaigns in the Pacific theater during WW2. This collection of medals, souvenirs, and insignia belonged to him and document his service with the United State Marine Corps. Included in this set are the following:

- Original WWI USMC Good Conduct Medal with 3rd Enlistment Bar and Fourth Award bar engraved on the medal:

- Original Chinese silver cigarette case with traditional Chinese dragons on the exterior. The inside reads TO SPUD WITH OUR DEEPEST APPRECIATION ERIN-VILLA LADIES.

- Original Chinese silver belt buckle with traditional dragons in high relief with the initials GSM engraved on the front.

- Original Silver basket ball stick pin that reads:
