Original U.S. WWII Military Vehicle Identification Plate Set

Original Item: Only one set available. This is a set of five Military vehicle identification fender plates that are hand painted and were issued during WWII and the Korean War. Each plate represents a flag for the following:
- 1 x WWII Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff ( 1/2 blue and 1/2 white background, 4 stars on the diagonal, eagle with shield and three arrows in talons)
- 2 x WWII Secretary of Defense (Blue background, 4 white stars towards corners, eagle with shield and three arrows in talons) and (White background, 4 blue stars towards corners, eagle with shield and three arrows in talons)
- 2 x Korean War Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force VCSAF (White background, 4 blue stars towards corners, eagle with shield and wings with three arrows and flames) and (Blue background, 4 white stars towards corners, eagle with shield and wings with three arrows and flames)
These plates are all constructed of steel, are hand painted, and measure 9" x 6". Condition is generally very good, but there are areas of paint loss, staining and wear, see photos.
