The underside of the visor has a small name sticker identifying the owner as Brigadier General Allen Douglas Hulse. General Hulse was Major in WWII and attained the rank Brigadier General after the Korean War. of The cap shows very little signs of wear and may have never been worn. The cap is in approximate size 7 and is offered in excellent condition.
