Original U.S. WWII B-17 Delco Remy GMC Type P-1 Aircraft DC Generator - New Old Stock

Item Description

Original Item: Only One Available. This is a totally original New Old Stock Unissued 1945 dated Delco Remy Division of General Motors Corporation Type P-1 200 AMP generator that was used on Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress heavy bomber aircraft during WWII.

This generator is totally unissued and had never been removed from its transit canister until we opened it to take photos. The exterior canister has a paper label adhered to the top that reads

The generator is still packed in its original plywood transportation cradle with desiccate bag for moisture. It appears brand new, because it is, it’s just 72 years old.
