Original Item: Only One Set Available. This is a very nice genuine World War Two United States Army Air Force issue Aerial Gunner uniform set that consists of the following items:
- Original U.S. WWII USAAF Bomber Crew M5 Steel FLAK Helmet complete with liner and ear cup pads.
- Original U.S. WWII Army Air Forces M1 & M2 Armor Flyer Flak Vest with Back & Front pieces.
- Original U.S. WWII Army Air Force Anti-Flak Goggles. These goggles were developed as anti-flak goggles for use by Army Air Force air gunners, but they proved to be very popular as well with the crews of tanks and tank destroyers. Very good lightly used condition, with the interior padding and the elastic head strap intact.
- Original A-3 Gunners Safety Belt (Dated 1950).
A fantastic Aerial Gunner set which would have been worn on multiple type of U.S. bomber's during WW2 including the Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress and the Consolidated B-24 Liberator among many more.
