Original Item. Only One Available. This is a really great piece of WWII soldier culture, a booklet designed to veer soldiers away from native villages which are filled with malaria-carrying mosquitos. The booklet has artwork by Dr. Seuss, a really neat detail. The booklet measures 4¼ x 5¼” and depicts a mosquito named Ann, with the book going through the ways to avoid catching the deadly disease. The booklet was published by the US Government Printing Office in 1944 for distribution among soldiers and sailors.A great example with some wear, but solid overall. Comes ready for further research and display.
