As seen in the fantastic book Knuckle Knives of the Second World War by Greg Aloisio on page 286, this knife is a custom made cast aluminum grip fighting knife with leather sheath. The author used this knife and a specimen for his wonderful book and even signed page 286 where this knife is featured. The signed copy of the book accompanies the purchase of this knife. The knife itself measures 13" overall with a 9" blade and a 4" grip. The blade is a cut down M1942 Garand Rifle Bayonet. Teh grip is cast aluminum in the same general pattern as a WWI 1918 Mark I Trench Knife by LF&C .

Overall a very interesting custom WW2 knuckle knife featured in the definitive book on the subject, you can't ask for more than that!
