  • Original Item: One-of-a-kind grouping. This is an exceptional grouping from a JOHN M SCHMIDT serial number 32003262, a member of the 9th infantry division, 47th Infantry regiment Company G. He enlisted on January 27th, 1941 and fought in the following campaigns:


    Algeria-French Morocco, Ardennes, Central Europe, Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Sicily, and Tunisia.


    This grouping consists of the following:


    • Original WWII Ike jacket Size 38R complete with:
    • 9th Infantry Division Shoulder Patch
    • Infantry lapel pin
    • Sterling CIB
    • Medal ribbons: Purple Heart, WWII Victory Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, European- Africa- Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with five battle stars. ruptured duck.
    • Sleeve patch with 6 bars (24 months of combat service)
    • Size 36 x 31 wool trousers.
