  • Original Item: Only One Available. This is an item that we have not had before! We've had ammunition belts from WWI, but never a Medical Bandage belt! The design is quite similar to the standard cartridge belt, but instead of pouches for stripper clips, it has pouches to hold bandages for easy deployment in the field. Each pouch is held closed with the standard "lift the dot" style snap.

The belt is currently set up to be about 37 inches long, and looks to have enough room to expand at least 10 more inches, so this might even be able to be used as a bandolier. On the back, there is a stamped manufacturer marking, which is unfortunately somewhat faint, so we cannot make out the maker. However we can see the date 5 - 18 for May of 1918.

A very interesting piece of medical field gear from the Great War! Ready to display!
