The Red Cross is spending ten million dollars a year to help the disabled ex-service man and his family. Fifth Red Cross Roll Call, Nov. 11-24, 1921.
It features a full color disabled soldier holding a cane and sitting in a chair while shadow of a Red Cross nurse looks onward in the background. Red Cross cross in upper left hand corner. The original are can be found in the Library of Congress at this link.
Overall condition is very good with some edge wear. Unframed.
