  • Original Grouping. One-of-a-Kind. This is the lovely medal & ephemera grouping of Lieutenant Horace Russell Hayday, Battery A, 305th Field Artillery Regiment, 77th Division. The grouping includes a lovely photograph of him, his bullion 77th Division patch, his Victory Medal, and more.


    The grouping includes:
    - Small 2½ x 3½” photo of Hayday in small period frame. 
    - Beautiful bullion 77th Division patch
    - Small nametag reading LT. H.R. Hayday on piece of Leather, which is stamped Saumer, France, where Hayday attended Artillery School.
    - 2 Bar victory medal with Meuse-Argonne and Defensive Sector in original box, but box is broken and torn apart.
    - Verdun Medal in original issue case with original award certificate (rare).
    - Note mentioning history of patch.
    - Two photos of family members.
