Original Items. Only One Lot Available. This is a fair lot of WWI field gear, including two BAR Gunner belts (one broken) and an M1910 Pick. This is a great opportunity to fill out an American G.I. display.
The lot includes:
- September 1918-dated BAR Gunner’s belt by L.C.C. & Co. Retains the “walking fire” block.
- BAR Gunner’s belt missing the walking fire block. Otherwise in fair condition, no maker’s markings.
- M1910 Pickaxe handle and pick. No cover included.
- M1910 Canteen cover. Unmarked.
- M1910 Cavalry Canteen cover with loops for strap. Dated 1918 by Rock Island Arsenal. Back has interesting marking with yellow paint and white stencil reading 3F / 72. Good research project.
- M1910 Canteen cover with infantry stencil marking. Marked February 1918 by V.S.C. Co. Stenciled Infantry / C / US / 41.
A good lot of field gear, ready for display.
