  • Original Item. One-of-a-Kind. This is the WWI U.S. Victory Medal of Private Creston E. Haines, Company F, 114th Engineer Regiment, 39th Division. The 114th Engineers were the only unit of the 39th Division to see combat in France. The regiment was detached from its division and attached to the First Army as Army & Corps troops during the Meuse-Argonne Offensive from October 4th - November 11th, 1918.


    The medal is in great condition in its original box with the original card for the Meuse-Argonne clasp. The box is addressed to Haines’ home in Greenwich, Ohio.


    This is a great piece to a soldier from a very scarce unit! Comes ready for further research and display.
