Original U.S. Vietnam War USN Navy Patrol Pilot Gentex BPH-2 Flying Helmet

Original Item. Only One Available. This is a great example of a BPH-2 Patrol Helmet manufactured by Gentex Corp during the mid 1960's for use by US Navy pilots for use in slower patrol and transport aircraft. Offered in size regular with NAVY and wing across the front. The helmet comes complete with suspension liner, ear cups and ear stays. This example is unfortunately missing the front visor.
The earmuffs are in fair shape. There is a name and date written on the liner but it is too faded to read. A fair example in good shape, just missing the visor. Comes ready for further research and display.
