Original Items: Only One Available. This is a United States Helicopter Flight Helmet type SPH-4 made by Gentex. The helmet is in overall very good complete condition with the liner, headset, visor, microphone, and tint visor. The helmet is manufacturer-marked by Gentex and is a size Regular. The interior bears an original data label that is dated 1969 and is complete. This is a rare Vietnam era helicopter helmet in wonderful complete condition!
In the helmet were a pair of gloves with tags inside reading:
