Original U.S. Vietnam War Era Inert M67 Fragmentation Hand Grenade with M213 Fuze in Husk Canister

Item Description

Original Item: Only One Available. This is a very nice inert example of the rare U.S. M67 Hand Fragmentation Grenade, first fielded during the Vietnam War and still current today. It is marked on the body and fuze, and appears to be a factory M67 made inert through filling the body and sealing the bottom. It comes in its original canister with markings. Like all deactivated ordnance, this grenade is Not Available for Export.

The condition of the grenade is phenomenal and unissued, one of the best we have ever seen. The body of the grenade is stamped GREN HAND FRAG M 33 LOT MA-SP-315. The M33 was identical to the M67 minus a safety clip fitting to the safety lever as seen on this example. The fuze is clearly stamped FUZE M213 MEI86G 010-001. The grenade retains all its original parts and is near flawless.

The canister has a small foam insert to keep the grenade secure. The canister is marked on the side G881 COMP B LOT LS-56-635A 1- GRENADE HAND FRAG DELAY M67 W/FUZE M213. The canister is embossed on the metal top and bottom CONTAINER M415A1 UAC 3-73 FF, for a manufacture date of March 1973. The canister closed measures 3⅛ x 4¼”.

This is a really stellar example of an unissued Vietnam War M67 Frag grenade, ready for further research and display.
