Original Items: Only One Available. This is a tremendous Vietnam War 1st Pattern “Jungle Jacket” with a gorgeous period-applied Airborne Special Forces patch & scroll. There is a name tape, named MILLER, a cloth set of Parachutist wings, and a cloth Combat Infantryman Badge. There were several different configuration of these issued during the conflict, and this is the earliest pattern with exposed pocket buttons, only made for about two and a half years before the 2nd pattern added a flap over the exposed pocket buttons.
The coat does retain the almost torn away size tag but it is indiscernible except for a marking written on it later, 5CRA. There is no maker tag we can find. The jacket has all period-applied insignia and is a great piece of Special Forces history.
Ready for display.
