  • Original Item: Only One Available. This is a very fine Vietnam War 101st Airborne uniform grouping with a third pattern jungle fatigue shirt, an OG-107 Utility shirt, and a boonie hat. The shirts feature a mix of U.S. made and locally produced “Incountry” made insignia which was commonly sourced from Vietnamese sewing shops.

The Third pattern jungle fatigue shirt has Vietnamese-made collar insignia for Captain and Judge Advocate. The US Army and Kotlarchuk tags on the breasts are Vietnamese-made as well. The right shoulder patch is Vietnamese-made, but the 101st Airborne patch on the left shoulder is American-made. The tag inside notes it as Small-Short, Chest from 33-37 inches, Height up to 67 inches. The tag near the bottom retains a faint 1967 date. There is tearing in spots across the shirt, and both sleeves are rolled up, and likely have been since it came back from Vietnam. This is a really “been there” example!

The OG-107 Utility shirt has just the nametag and US Army tag, with no other insignia. It is size 14½ x 32, and dated 1968. There are the same sorts of small tears in this example. With the shirt are the original corresponding trousers, size 30x29 and dated 1967, with the correct model designation.

The Boonie hat retains its chinstrap and tags, and is size 6½. It has a 1968 contract date and is in great overall shape.
