Original Item: Only One Available. This is an excellent Mills style Web Double Ammunition belt for the new Krag-Jørgensen Service Rifle manufactured by Mills & Orndorff with an 1894 patent date, perfect for Spanish-American War issue. This example has six stitched sets of double pistol cartridge loops, to hold 12 total cartridges, often indicative of an officer.
The belt is a khaki web material and double-sleeves, so it has spaces for 100 30/40 Krag cartridges. The web belt is soft and pliable and in fine condition, with the pistol cartridge loops in good order. This example has no buckle and is taken on and off via the small clip in the center. The brass adjoiner clips are marked:

The belt is inscribed with initials, likely H.B.. This example also appears to have had a saber loop attached at one point, and the two brass rivets are still affixed with small bits of leather behind them, but the loop is gone.
