Original U.S. Pre-WWII Chemical Corps Guidon - 29 x 43”

Original Item. Only One Available. This is a very scarce guidon from the Pre-WWII Era for the Chemical Corps. We know it is pre-WWII based on its size, as the size of guidons was changed around the 1930s to make them much smaller. This example is the original 29 x 43” variation.
The guidon has some tears in spots and does not have a tag in the header. Despite the damage it is still in great shape, the first of its kind we have seen. Any guidon from the Pre-WWII era is extremely scarce and sought after. The Chemical Corps had a very important role in the Army during and after World War I, making this a very scarce example.
