  • Original Item. Only One Available. This is a phenomenal piece of colonial history, a spiral candle holder that would allow the used to continually raise the candle higher as the candle burned lower. This example measures roughly 7½” tall with a 4” diameter wooden base. The spiral key is still fully intact although a bit loose. This example is in amazon condition and still retains some paint on the wooden base. The handle at the top is still attached. The smooth design shows that this was likely made by an experienced Blacksmith.

This is a fantastic piece of early American history, which could still be used today! Comes ready for further research and display.
